Delivery walkthrough

  1. Technical scoping Map routes, content models, interactive surfaces, integrations, hosting and DNS. Lock the acceptance criteria and the flat-rate price.

  2. Engineering build Scaffold the repository inside your VPC or organization, wire the CI pipeline, implement the site or application, and add automated checks.

  3. Deployment and verification Build an immutable artifact, scan it, deploy a preview, run accessibility, performance, link and security checks, then promote the verified artifact.

  4. Handover and ownership Transfer the repository, environment variables, DNS records, analytics ownership and runbooks. Revoke delivery access and record formal acceptance.

InputWhat is agreed
Routes and templatesStatic pages, dynamic routes, redirects and SPA entry points
Content modelCollections, fields, validation and editorial workflow
Interactive surfacesIslands, forms, authenticated areas and third-party embeds
IntegrationsAPIs, CMS, analytics, payments and consent requirements
Hosting and DNSStatic host, domain, TLS, edge controls and cache policy
AcceptancePerformance, accessibility, SEO, security and browser support

The scoping output is a short manifest that both sides can review. It becomes the acceptance checklist at handover.

  • CMS replatform and SEO recovery: migrate legacy content to a static-first platform, preserve URL equity with a redirect map, and rebuild metadata and sitemap coverage.
  • Rapid prototype validation: ship an instrumented, clickable prototype quickly, then harden the parts that show real traction.
  • Vibe-coded app rescue: audit an AI-assisted build, remove unsafe dependencies, add tests and type checks, and take it to production with a clean handover.

Verification is evidence-based. The release artifact is the thing that was tested, not a later rebuild. Handover includes the source repository, pipeline definitions, environment contract, DNS records and an operational runbook.
