Section titled “1. Architecture & Source Code”- Clean Architecture Boundaries: Core application logic strictly decoupled from external model APIs, message brokers, and databases via Ports & Adapters.
- Repository Transfer: Git repository with full commit history transferred to the client’s GitHub or GitLab organization.
- Type Safety & Linting: 100% strict TypeScript / Python typing with zero unresolved linter or compiler warnings.
- Unit & Integration Tests: Core business logic and adapter contracts covered by automated unit and integration tests.
2. Autonomous Workers & Pipeline Wiring
Section titled “2. Autonomous Workers & Pipeline Wiring”- Deterministic Grounding: RAG pipelines evaluate responses strictly against local verified records without hallucinated citations.
- Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Gates: High-risk mutations (financial transfers, record deletions, bulk updates) protected by cryptographic approval tokens.
- PII Scrubbing: Contextual firewall tokenizes personally identifiable information before egress to external model providers.
- Semantic Caching & Rate Limiting: Model gateway configured to cache frequent embeddings and throttle API spend.
3. Container & Infrastructure Manifests
Section titled “3. Container & Infrastructure Manifests”- Hardened Dockerfiles: Multi-stage, rootless Docker images with slim base images and zero high/critical vulnerabilities.
- Kubernetes Manifests / Helm Charts: Declarative manifests with CPU/memory limits, liveness probes, and zero-trust network policies.
- GitOps Pipeline: CI/CD pipeline configured for automated linting, container scanning, and declarative deployment.
- VPC Isolation: Agent runtime isolated inside a secure subnet with strict egress controls.
4. Observability & Operational Runbooks
Section titled “4. Observability & Operational Runbooks”- Distributed Tracing & Metrics: OpenTelemetry instrumentation reporting model latencies, token consumption, and error rates to Grafana or Datadog.
- Hallucination & Eval Suite: Automated test suite configured in CI to detect drift or accuracy regressions.
- Operational Runbook: Living markdown runbook covering deployment, routine maintenance, key rotation, and rollback playbooks.
- Recorded Architecture Walkthrough: Comprehensive 60-minute video walkthrough explaining system design and operational workflows.
